Ryan Sailer
Co-Managing Partner
Ryan brings over 20 years of management and development experience to Ridgeline Partners. He is responsible for identifying new development and acquisition opportunities, securing municipal approvals, and structuring appropriate debt and equity strategies for each engagement. His background spans new ground-up development, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse projects across the country — with deep expertise in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial asset classes.

Bjorn oversees all development and asset management functions at Ridgeline Partners, encompassing project feasibility, predevelopment, project financing, design and construction oversight, and ongoing asset management. He brings over 20 years of development experience managing high-profile projects throughout the Midwest, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and in line with investor expectations.
